Who Are We?
Biocity Healthcare LLP is a preventive healthcare and diagnostics company headquartered in Delhi, India. We provide at-home sample collection, full body health checkups, customised health packages, video diet consultations, and health expert consultations across 80+ cities in India. Our lab services are backed by NABL compliance, ISO certification, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards, and Information Security Management certification.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, booking a test, placing an order, or interacting with our services in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are acting on behalf of a minor with valid parental or guardian consent. You also confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. These terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and anyone who accesses our platform.
Our Services
Biocity Healthcare offers diagnostic tests, preventive health checkup packages, home blood sample collection, diet consultations via video call, and on-call consultations with health experts. Service availability may vary by city. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice if required due to operational, quality, or regulatory reasons.
Booking and Appointments
When you book a test or health package through our website or by calling us, you agree to provide accurate personal and health-related information. Our phlebotomist will arrive at your registered address within the agreed time window.
Sample collection is typically completed within two hours of a confirmed appointment. We request you to be available at the time of collection. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least two hours before the scheduled visit.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment once without any additional charge, subject to slot availability. Cancellations made before sample collection are eligible for a refund as per our refund policy. Once the sample has been collected, the test cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be applicable.
The Biocity Healthcare reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment in situations beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, medical emergencies, or technical issues. We will communicate any such changes to you promptly.
Payments
Payments can be made online at the time of booking or in cash at the time of collection, based on the payment option available for your city and package. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change. In case of a billing discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
Report Delivery
Test reports are shared via email or WhatsApp within the committed turnaround time, which is typically within 24 hours of sample collection for most standard tests. Complex or specialised tests may take longer, and timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Report delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as test complexity, sample quality, or third-party processing. Biocity Healthcare will not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our direct control.
Medical Disclaimer
Biocity Healthcare provides diagnostic and preventive health services only. The test reports and any information shared by our health experts or dieticians are for informational and guidance purposes only. None of this constitutes a medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment advice.
Always consult a qualified and registered medical professional before making any healthcare decisions based on your test results. We strongly advise that reports be shared with your treating physician for proper interpretation.
